Refund & Cancelation Policy

At Magical Accessibility, I strive to ensure that your travel experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds. 

• Vacation Packages:
   
  • Cancel 46+ days before arrival: Refund minus a $50 per person cancellation fee.
     
  • Cancel within 45 days: 100% of the package price is non-refundable.
     
  • Airfare: Non-refundable; if rebooked, original airfare may apply toward new ticket, subject to airline fees and fare differences.
     
  • Cancel without rebooking: Airfare amount is returned as a credit for future travel.
     

• Vacation Packages:

• Vacation Packages:
   
  • Cancel 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees.
     
  • Cancel 2–29 days before arrival: Refund minus a $200 cancellation fee plus any non-refundable fees.
     
  • Cancel 1 day or less before arrival or no-show: Full package price is non-refundable.
     

• Room-Only Reservations:
   
  • Cancel 5+ days before arrival: Full refund.
     
  • Cancel 4 days or less before arrival or no-show: First night's room rate plus tax is non-refundable.
     
• Package Reservations:
   
  • Cancel 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees.
     
  • Cancel 2–29 days before arrival: Refund minus a $400 cancellation fee plus any non-refundable fees.
     
  • Cancel 1 day or less before arrival or no-show: Full package price is non-refundable.
     

• Cruises 1–5 nights:
   
  • Cancel 89–45 days before sailing: Deposit per guest.
     
  • Cancel 44–30 days before sailing: 50% of cruise fare per guest.
     
  • Cancel 29–15 days before sailing: 75% of cruise fare per guest.
     
  • Cancel 14 days or less before sailing: 100% of cruise fare per guest.
     
• Cruises 6+ nights:
   
  • Cancel 120–90 days before sailing: Deposit per guest.
     
  • Cancel 89–30 days before sailing: 50% of cruise fare per guest.
     
  • Cancel 29–15 days before sailing: 75% of cruise fare per guest.
     
  • Cancel 14 days or less before sailing: 100% of cruise fare per guest.
     
• Suite and Concierge Staterooms: Deposit is non-refundable.
   

• Cancel within 14 days of booking: Full refund.
   
• Cancel 120+ days before departure: Loss of deposit per guest.
   
• Cancel 119–90 days before departure: 50% of vacation package price per guest.
   
• Cancel 89–46 days before departure: 75% of vacation package price per guest.
   
• Cancel 45 days or less before departure: 100% of vacation package price per guest.
   

• Cruise or CruiseTour Cancellation:
   
  • Applicable Taxes/Fees or Fuel Supplement charges: Refunded.
     
  • Bookings outside of the United States and Canada: Different cancellation policy may apply; contact local office or travel advisor for details.
